Fit, Sizes & Materials – PHALANX Buying Guide

Which PHALANX clothing suits your everyday life and training? This guide helps you compare fit, fabric and size before ordering.

Oversized, boxy fit or regular fit?

Oversized describes an intentionally loose silhouette. A boxy fit is usually wide and straight, but different models can still have different lengths. A regular fit sits closer to the body. Compare the measurements of the specific product with a similar garment that fits you well. Do not rely on S, M or L alone when comparing different models.

How to use the size guide

  1. Lay a similar garment flat.
  2. Measure the points shown in the product's size guide, such as length and width.
  3. Check whether the guide lists garment measurements or body measurements. A garment's flat width is not a chest circumference.
  4. Choose your size using that guide and your preferred fit. Follow any product-specific sizing notes.

If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering. Include the product, the size you are considering and the measurements of your comparison garment.

What does fabric weight mean?

The value in g/m² describes the weight of one square metre of fabric. It gives an indication of fabric density, but does not establish quality, warmth or breathability on its own. Also compare fibre composition, cut and construction. A heavyweight streetwear shirt and a lightweight tank top serve different purposes.

What is my PHALANX product made of?

Check the composition in the product description. It can vary by model or colour. Even similarly named colours can use different fibre blends, so read the details for your selected variant. Swiss brand refers to the brand's origin and does not mean that its textiles are manufactured in Switzerland.

  • Core: clear logo designs for everyday outfits.

  • Supporter: editions centred on Yanick Burri and the Youngsters.

How do I care for printed or embroidered clothing?

Follow the garment's care label and the product-specific instructions first. Turn printed clothing inside out for washing and do not iron directly over a print. Washing temperature and tumble-drying suitability depend on the specific garment.

Where can I find delivery estimates and return conditions?

Our regular shop products are processed by production and shipping partners after an order is placed. Delivery estimates, shipping costs and availability depend on the product and destination. Read our shipping information, the product page and the charges at checkout. Returns are subject to our current return conditions.
